Overview

In profile settings you can:
  • Change personal data
  • Change password
  • Set language preferences
  • Manage account

Accessing profile

Click avatar

In top right corner, click your avatar.

Select Settings

Choose “Settings” from menu.

Go to Profile

Click the “Profile” tab.

Personal data

Changing name

  1. Click the field you want to change
  2. Enter new value
  3. Click “Save changes”

Changing email

Changing email requires verification of the new address.

Enter new email

Type new email address.

Click Change

System will send verification link.

Check inbox

Click link in email.

Done

New email is active.

Password change

How to change password?

Go to profile

Click avatar → “Settings” → “Profile”.

Find password section

In “Change password” section, click the change button.

Enter current password

To confirm your identity.

Enter new password

Minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number.

Confirm new password

Re-enter the new password.

Save

Click “Change password”.
Strong password:
  • Has more than 12 characters
  • Contains special characters (!@#$%)
  • Is not used elsewhere

Language preferences

Interface language

Choose panel language:
  • Polski
  • English
Changing interface language doesn’t affect your quiz language.

Changing language

  1. Find “Language” section
  2. Select from dropdown
  3. Changes apply immediately

Timezone

Setting timezone

Timezone affects:
  • Session date display
  • Reports
  • Notifications
Choose your zone from the list (e.g., “Europe/London”).

Account management

Data download (GDPR)

Under GDPR you can download your data:
  1. Click “Download my data”
  2. System will generate a ZIP file
  3. You’ll receive download link via email

Deleting account

Account deletion is irreversible!

Click Delete account

At bottom of settings page.

Confirm with password

Enter your password.

Type confirmation

Type “DELETE” to confirm.

Click Delete

Account will be deleted.
What gets deleted:
  • Your personal data
  • Your quizzes
  • Session history
  • Reports
Anonymous statistical data may be retained per privacy policy.

FAQ

Display name can be changed at any time.
Link is valid for 24 hours. Email should arrive within minutes.
Technically yes, but each requires a different email.
