Notification settings let you control what messages you receive and how.Accessing settings

Go to Settings
Click avatar → “Settings”.

Select Notifications
Click the “Notifications” tab.
Notification types
Email notifications
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| New session | When someone joins your session |
| Session ended | Summary after quiz ends |
| Report ready | When report is available for download |
| Updates | Platform news and updates |
| Marketing | Offers, promotions, tips |
In-app notifications

| Responses | Answer progress |
| System | Important platform messages |
Managing notifications
Enabling/disabling
For each notification type you can:- Enable - receive notifications
- Disable - don’t receive notifications
Some system notifications (e.g., security) cannot be disabled.
Frequency
For aggregate notifications you can choose:- Immediately - right after event
- Daily - daily digest once a day
- Weekly - weekly digest once a week
Email notifications
Session summaries
After session ends you can receive email with:- Participant count
- Best score
- Report link
Newsletter
Optional emails about:- New features
- Tips and tricks
- Platform updates
Push notifications
Availability
Push notifications (in browser) are available when:- Browser supports Web Push
- You gave notification permission
- You’re not currently on the site
Enabling

Enable option
Check “Push notifications” in settings.

Allow in browser
Browser will ask for permission.

Done
You’ll receive notifications.
Disabling
You can disable in:- Hey Quiz settings
- Browser settings
Managing preferences
Saving changes
- Check/uncheck notifications
- Choose frequency
- Click “Save changes”
Restoring defaults
Click “Restore defaults” to return to standard settings.Mandatory notifications
Some notifications cannot be disabled:| Type | Reason |
